What information do I collect?
I collect your email address when you sign up for an account. I use your email to let you log in and to send you transactional emails like password resets and maintenance reminders.
I also collect basic analytics data through Umami to understand how the app is being used — things like page views, button clicks, and which features are popular. This data is anonymized and does not track individual users across sessions.
How do I store your data?
Your email and maintenance records are stored on my server. Analytics data is stored separately in my self-hosted Umami instance. I use encryption to protect data in transit. I do not share your email or maintenance data with third parties. Umami analytics data stays on my own servers.
Do you track me?
Umami does not use cookies for tracking or identify you personally. I cannot see which specific user clicked which button — only aggregate trends like "20% of users clicked this feature today." You are not tracked across the internet.
What if I want to delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime. When you do, your email and all your maintenance records will be permanently deleted from my server. Your anonymized analytics contribution remains in aggregate reports but cannot be traced back to you.

Is this service guaranteed?
No. I provide this service as-is without any guarantees. The service may be unavailable sometimes due to maintenance, server issues, or other problems. I am not responsible for any loss of data or downtime.
What can't I do?
Don't use this service to spam, harass, or do anything illegal. Don't try to break into the service or access other people's accounts.
Can you change these terms?
Yes, I may update these terms or the service itself at any time. Major changes will be announced, but I encourage you to check back occasionally.
Who's responsible if something goes wrong?
I'm not liable for any damages, data loss, or problems that occur from using this service. You use it at your own risk.
